what iS dha?
DHA stands for Dihydroxyacetone which is the active ingredient in spray tan solutions that enables colour change in the skin.
The organic DHA used by Techno Tan is of the highest grade available within Australia and is derived from sugar cane.DHA does not cause any damage to the skin and is considered a safe colour agent. The DHA levels differ from each solution in order to get the desired colour. The higher the DHA the darker oe deeper the tanning solution will process. DHA in Techno Tan solutions contain concentrations ranging from 6% to 16%.
